Will Ferguson & Associates is an Albuquerque-based law firm whose practice is primarily limited to personal injury and trials. The firm consists of six lawyers and a full staff of support personnel and investigators serving clients throughout the State of New Mexico. This firm is proud of its ability to handle complex and/or multi-party litigation, a variety of federal actions, and litigation in surrounding states. A majority of the firm's practice has, for several years, involved injury claims originating with other law firms, and the firm enthusiastically associates with other attorneys to litigate difficult or complex cases requiring our courtroom expertise, extraordinary costs or specialized investigation. The law firm does not routinely handle cases involving purely chiropractic care or minimal injury or damages.

The law firm's active trial practice involves litigation in virtually every district court within the State of New Mexico and Federal court at the District and Tenth Circuit levels. The law firm has developed a special expertise in aviation related issues, complicated insurance coverage disputes, dram shop claims, and medical malpractice. The firm prides itself on maintaining a "can-do," relentless, and positive attitude on the cases it accepts and litigating in a professional and ethical manner.
